Driving Directions:

From 95 North: Go over Fuller Warren Bridge and take Park Street exit 110  (first exit on the right before you come off the bridge).  Turn left.  Go straight to the Five Points crossing, and turn right on Park.  The Carithers Pediatric Group building is the second one on the right after you pass the intersection of Park and Goodwin. 

From I10: take the Stockton exit and turn left on Stockton.  Go straight to Park Street and turn left.  The Carithers Pediatric Group’s building is the 4^th on the left after you pass the intersection of Copeland and Park.

From the Beaches

Take Butler Blvd. West, exit Gate Parkway and turn left, turn immediately right onto Deerwood Park Blvd., travel 0.4 miles, turn right onto Centurion Parkway N., CenterONE is on the right.

From the North or West (Jax Airport, Georgia, Westside)

Take I-95 South until Butler Blvd., head East on Butler and exit Gate Parkway right, turn immediately right onto Deerwood Park Blvd., travel 0.4 miles, turn right onto Centurion Parkway N., CenterONE is on the right.
