Meg Cheney joined the Carithers Pediatric Group as a board-certified nurse practitioner in February 2008.

Growing up in Jacksonville, Meg was a patient at the Carithers Group for many years and graduated from The Bolles School. She then went to nursing school at the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and later her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She will soon complete her Pediatric Master’s degree at the University of Florida and will thereafter be a double board-certified nurse practitioner.

Meg lives in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. She is involved in her church and loves to spend her free time with family and friends. She also enjoys running and relaxing at the beach or on the boat!
