At The Carithers Pediatric Group, we are committed to keeping your baby happy and healthy. Our pediatricians are all board- certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Expectant Parents Class We cordially invite you to our Expectant Parents Class, and we'd love to meet you!    Our class is open to all expectant parents, and it gives you the opportunity to learn some basic newborn care, ask questions, learn how we function as a practice, as well as view our facility.  The classes are held the first Thursday of every month at both our Park Street and Centurion Parkway office locations from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM.  Please call (904) 387-6200 to reserve a seat. Pre-Delivery Visit We offer a complimentary pre-delivery visit as you await your new baby.  You will have the opportunity to meet with one of our pediatricians, learn about our office and services, and discuss any questions or concerns regarding you newborn.  Please call the office to schedule a visit with one of our pediatricians. Hospital Affiliations Our physicians are affiliated with Baptist Medical Center-Downtown, Baptist Medical Center-South, St. Vincent’s Hospital and St. Lukes Hospital and follow newborns delivered at these locationsWe will gladly visit you and your baby daily while you are in the hospital.  There is no need to pre-register with our office. Simply notify the hospital staff upon your arrival that you would like your newborn to be seen by The Carithers Pediatric Group and one of our pediatricians will see you within 24 hours of delivery.  Even if you deliver elsewhere, we will gladly accept your child as a patient.  Newborn forms: Your may download a pdf file of the forms you will need to bring to your newborn’s first visit.
